Council on Aging of Buncombe County was established in 1964 and is a 501(c)3 charitable organization that serves adults 60 or older, primarily in Buncombe County. 

Must be 21 years of age or older, have a valid NCDL, reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance (specific limits required).
