Resource Coordination / Information & Assistance provides one-on-one needs assessment for older adults. Needs assessments may be conducted via home visit, at the The Council on Aging office, or at an outreach location.

Services Specialists gather information on physical and emotional health, financial need, and physical safety. Specialists use the information to link older adults with available community services meeting their needs.
