Level Two - Home Management / Personal Care

In-Home Aide Services at this level provides support to individuals and families requiring assistance with basic activities of daily living and home management tasks.  Both home management and personal care tasks can be provided to the client.  To be eligible for this level of service the individual must need assistance with one or two of the following Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) and two or more Instrumental Activities of Daily Living or IADL’s. (see Level 1)

• Eat
• Get dressed
• Bathe self
• Use the toilet
• Transfer in/out of bed/chair
• Ambulate (walk or move about the house unaided)
